Jillian specializes in aviation and military machinery. She began painting for military families after her husband began flight school. Since then she has paintings in more than 15 countries, with a memoir painting of the USS Arizona permanently on display in the Pentagon (Chief of Chaplain’s office).

Deb specializes in portraits and figures
Deb Hamby has been painting for over 45 years. She is an established oil painter, art instructor, and published writer. With a degree in fine art education, she has encouraged and equipped artists of all ages and abilities.
Deb introduced Jillian to oil painting in 2013 when she handed her a brush and said, “let’s paint!” Jillian and Deb have painted together over the years as life allows - including a trip-of-a-lifetime to the Tuscan landscapes of Italy.
Deb will paint your special military moments including family embraces and portraits of those you have loved.
THE PROCESS
-Choose size / price (listed below)
-Discuss details of your painting (background color, etc.) with a scheduled phone call or FaceTime
-Pay 50% deposit and sign a contract
-Painting begins
-Final image is signed and scanned
-Final 50% + taxes and shipping due
-Painting is shipped!

Taxes and shipping are added into the final payment
A commissioned painting typically takes 4-6 weeks

Copyrights of Jillian Phillips Art, LTD paintings, including professional reproductions and prints, remains with the artist.
Paintings do not come framed unless specified. Hardwire and backing can be professionally installed upon request!
