This Black Hawk was my very first black hawk painting. It is a mix of brush and knife over a white background and filled in with a neutral brown. The simplistic approach is both refreshing and interesting as your eye moves over the body of the aircraft. Mixing texture with color tones adds a pleasing experience to the eye as it roams the painting.
